How Google Can Alleviate Calendaring Headaches
Plaster Student Union Ballroom
Managing calendars for faculty and staff events in the university content manager (CMS) and calendars for student courses and activities in the student website (LMS) became tedious and cumbersome for a single Web developer. A simple solution in the form of Google Calendar allowed for managing multiple calendars in one application that could be filtered to flow into both the CMS and LMS. Unexpected student benefits were revealed via the Google SMS tool.
