Getting Them to the Table, and Keeping Them There: Campus Web Redesigns

MMP3 Marketing, Management, and Professional Development Track

Plaster Student Union Ballroom East

Wednesday,
9:45
10:30
AM

Leading a campus Web redesign is as much about bringing people to the table as it is about the technology needed for the website. Using the Web redesign at William & Mary as a model, we will present strategies for achieving buy-in and executing exceptional internal communication for university-wide projects.

The session will be especially relevant for those in leadership roles for Web redesign, including campus administrators, IT directors, Web project managers, and Web, communications and marketing professionals. Those leading campus-wide initiatives will also benefit from the strategies for communication, collaboration and consensus.
