We invite companies to participate in the 2008 HighEdWeb Conference October 5-8, 2008, in Springfield, Missouri. This conference provides you with many opportunities to meet and talk with 400+ college and university Web professionals from across the country. Attendees represent all facets of college and university Web site design, development, writing, marketing, etc. The deadline for all exhibitors and sponsorships is July 31.

Sponsorship levels begin at the exhibitor level. Additional opportunities are described below.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Exhibitor/table: $1,500

Your company would be provided exhibitor booth space for up to two members of your staff October 6-7, providing your company exposure to 400+ participants representing all facets of college and university Web site design, development, writing, marketing, etc.

Track sponsor: $5,000/track

The track would be branded as "Sponsored by Company XYZ," and your company’s name and graphic identity would be included in conference program track listings and all track-session signage. (Note: Five conference tracks are offered.)

Opening reception: $2,000

The reception would be branded as "Sponsored by Company XYZ," and your company’s name and graphic identity would be included in conference program reception listing and reception event signage. Your company also would be recognized from the podium during this event.

Poster-session break: $1,000

This break would be branded as "Sponsored by Company XYZ," and your company’s name and graphic identity would be included in conference program poster-session listing and poster-session signage.

Day-long refreshments: $1,000/day

During the entire day, all refreshment stands would be branded as "Sponsored by Company XYZ," and your company’s name and graphic identity would be included in conference program break listings and refreshment signage. Your company also would be recognized from the podium before the first break.

Keynote sponsor: $1,000/keynote

The sponsored keynote would be branded as "Sponsored by Company XYZ," and your company’s name and graphic identity would be included in conference program keynote listing and keynote signage. Your company also would be recognized from the podium before this event.

Evening conference social events: $2,000/event

The sponsored excursion would be branded as "Sponsored by Company XYZ," and your company’s name and graphic identity would be included in conference program excursion listing and excursion event signage. Your company also would be recognized from the podium before this event. You are welcome to bring your own signage to the venue for additional on-site branding.

Committee dinner: $1,000

Your company would sponsor the thank-you dinner for the conference planning committee, and the dinner would be branded as "Sponsored by Company XYZ." Up to four-representatives from your company would be allowed to attend, and you’ll have an opportunity to make brief remarks to the committee during dinner.

Gifts-in-kind Opportunities

Examples include bags, packet copying costs, name tags, etc. All in-kind gifts must first be approved by conference leaders.
